Immigration Paralegal

Mr. Montano is a Colombian Attorney; a graduate of San Buenaventura University in Cali, Colombia; and a graduate of Externado de Colombia University in Bogota, Colombia with a specialization degree in Commercial Law. He practiced commercial and labor law in Colombia for 20 years. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1999 and has been involved in the immigration field since August 2001. He was previously employed with the law firm of Mirsky & Block, PLLC, in Tarrytown, New York where he served Of Counsel and Legal Assistant for approximately three years. He was also employed by the Boaz Community Corporation Inc. in New Brunswick, New Jersey as an Immigration Specialist. Mr. Montano joined Parsekian & Solomon, P.C. in July 2006. He handles Family and Employment based immigration cases as well as Asylum and PERM processing. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
